Prohibited Trading Strategies at Fundex Plus

To ensure a fair and transparent trading environment, Fundex Plus prohibits the use of any trading strategies that do not align with real market behavior. Any approach that attempts to exploit system limitations, generate risk-free profits, or manipulate trading conditions will result in immediate violation of our Terms of Service—no prior warning will be given.

Challenge Accounts must be treated with the same care and discipline as a personal trading account. Any strategy intended to game the evaluation system will lead to termination of the account, including funded accounts, and a permanent ban from all Fundex Plus services.

The use of account management services, challenge-passing programs, or unauthorized copy trading is strictly prohibited. Detection of any such activity by our internal systems will result in permanent loss of access to our platform.

High-Frequency Trading (HFT)

Strategies using automated systems to execute large volumes of trades in milliseconds, aimed at exploiting micro price movements. These practices can distort market activity and are not permitted.

Latency Trading

Using delayed data feeds or execution lags to secure profits. This violates fair trading principles and introduces artificial inefficiencies into the market.

Copy Trading from External Accounts

Copy trading is only allowed between accounts owned by the same individual. Copying trades from friends, relatives, or other users is not permitted under any circumstances.

Hedging Across Multiple Accounts

Hedging is only allowed within the same account. Opening opposing positions (e.g., BUY on one account and SELL on another) is strictly forbidden. Any attempt to bypass risk rules this way will result in immediate disqualification.

Multiple Account Hedging

Coordinated trading across accounts to offset risk or generate guaranteed outcomes is not considered legitimate trading and is not allowed.

Tick Scalping

Executing frequent trades to profit from minor price changes in a short period can create unfair conditions and is restricted to protect platform integrity.

Grid Trading

Placing stacked buy and sell orders at pre-set intervals to capture price swings—without any directional bias or market analysis—is not allowed due to its artificial nature.

Reverse Arbitrage

Intentionally manipulating price differences between exchanges or platforms to create temporary pricing gaps for personal gain is strictly prohibited.

Group Trading

When multiple accounts—often under different names—take the same trades with the same entry, timing, and size, it indicates coordinated trading, which is not permitted.

Group Hedging

Working with others to open mirrored long and short positions across accounts to guarantee profits in any market direction is strictly banned.

Account Management

Only the account owner may execute trades. Using external traders, automation services, or challenge-passing programs is a direct violation of our policy.

Martingale Strategy

Increasing position size after each loss in an attempt to recover losses (e.g., doubling down) is not allowed. This strategy poses excessive risk and is not reflective of professional trading practices.

High-Risk Trading Behavior

Fundex Plus does not allow trading behavior that exhibits excessive risk exposure, regardless of profitability. Traders are expected to follow consistent risk management practices that reflect realistic and responsible trading.

Accounts that demonstrate oversized lot sizes, highly aggressive positions, or frequent exposure to full daily or total loss limits will be flagged as violating our trading standards—even if the account remains profitable in the short term.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Taking trades that risk the entire account or daily loss limit in one position

  • Frequently holding positions without stop loss or with minimal control

  • Using large leverage to maximize short-term profits with no regard for long-term sustainability

Trading at Fundex Plus must reflect discipline, professionalism, and realistic expectations. Accounts that fail to demonstrate these values will be disqualified and removed from the program.
